At Raja Platino, the site’s adjacency to a serene lake offered a unique opportunity to create a vibrant, nature-connected living environment. A 30-meter-wide buffer along the lakefront was exclusively reserved for landscaping, allowing for an immersive open space experience.
The landscape was envisioned as a dynamic recreational zone, featuring adventure sports elements, a mini-golf course, MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) courts, and a dedicated barbecue and children’s play area. A large gathering lawn was carefully graded to provide a clear line of sight towards a central stage and pavilion, enhancing its functionality as a community event space.
A meandering walking path was introduced to weave through the various amenities, encouraging exploration and leisure. Along the route, shaded seating areas, a pet park, and an interactive water feature were thoughtfully integrated to support multi-generational engagement.
By blending active and passive recreational zones with expansive green buffers, the landscape at Raja Platino was designed to promote a healthy, socially vibrant lifestyle while celebrating its lakeside setting.
