At Natasha Golf View, the podium landscape was reimagined as part of a renovation necessitated by structural concerns, including persistent leakages and maintenance issues. The existing landscape was dismantled, offering an opportunity to design a fresh, user-centric environment for over 1000 residents. A sensitive, inclusive design approach was adopted—addressing the needs and preferences of all age groups, genders, and abilities. Accessibility for individuals with diverse mobility and sensory needs was thoughtfully integrated into circulation and spatial planning. Seating arrangements, social interaction zones, and interactive features were incorporated to encourage community engagement and daily use. The landscape was designed to balance leisure and function, supporting everyday routines as well as moments of relaxation. Bespoke elements were introduced to enhance the identity of the development, while promoting a renewed sense of belonging for the residents.
