At Raja Magnum, despite the compact site area, the landscape was carefully designed to create a welcoming and functional environment for residents. The design maximized the available space by integrating essential amenities such as a children’s play area and a well-proportioned gathering lawn.

Ample seating was provided throughout the open spaces to encourage leisure, interaction, and community engagement. A thoughtfully designed pedestrian entry, covered with an attractive pergola, was introduced to offer shade and create a graceful transition into the development.

The landscape, though limited in scale, was crafted to enhance everyday living—combining usability, aesthetics, and comfort within a cohesive spatial layout.
